Team member appreciation and celebrations Quality of hotels ie. location, products used to build, opening and hiring processes Technologically advanced with regards to HR, sales systems, operational tools, guest communication, etc. Competitive wages Professional and Personal Development opportunities Growth based mindset and a culture of learning Lead from the Heart

-Strong and ethical leadership -Forward thinking -Provides best in industry resources to do job well -Ongoing training -Great collaboration between sales and operations -Strong core company values that are lived out daily

Cons

It is a smaller company so fewer opportunities for upward mobility but aside from that they do an amazing job of developing associates and internally promoting
