      1) Haven't seen an organisation giving an auto appraisal for all its employees 2) Can create real wealth if you stick around for long term through ESOP which are granted across levels 3) Great culture fosters meritocracy

      My first time at any big company and I was really nervous. My manager took initiative to make me feel welcome and all colleagues are really friendly. Life is quite nice for the time being.
