      Management are great here and offer flexibility to employees wherever possible. Also proactively and genuinely interested in our feedback to improve processes and tools

      Perhaps job security and promotion opportunities but this is an issue in many organizations at present

      Pros

      Working at Square1 has helped me grow from an aspiring student to an accomplished employee. The freedom I received in decided my job duties allowed me to explore all that I had learned in the classroom and apply that to a real life and see the progress right in front of my eyes. The CEO is very encouraging and smart and I improved a lot under his guidance.
