      Love to work in an ambitious company that takes care of its people

      Pros

      -Great salary, benefits, training, bonus. Amazing new office in the heart of London. You can see how much the company cares by the loyalty of its staff; people stay for years here. -Very family-friendly company with great benefits for parents. -You have the space to try out new ideas. -You are surrounded by bright and ambitious people with a common vision. -It is fast-paced, ambitious and high-growth like in a start-up, but it is backed up by a stronger and bigger company. -Love the diversity there. Very good place to work as a woman

      Cons

      -You have to learn to shout about your wins because no one else will do it for you, and you'll only grow if you do it. Visibility really matters here and tends to favour extroverted personalities. -Politics with the US company slows us down and makes some things complicated. -Career growth can be slow; some people stay in the same role for years before getting a promotion. -Resource management can be complicated sometimes; the company is hiring a lot, but even more is needed.
