- Family feeling within the team on all levels - Very transparent on all avenues (Friday Meetings with all the company each week, where the company provide updates on everything going on and answer all questions) - Passionate on all levels to better the studio - Truly care/appreciate all current and past members - Striving to always fix issues that arise
