      As a female employee in a lateral entry role, I feel comfortable working with the team. When we take on responsibilities, we receive immediate appreciation.

      As we are in the growing stage some decisions are pending and we are still working on a few changes.

      Leadership team focused on growth, gives a lot of scope at job. It's a promising workplace with great learning opportunities. Srushty also has wonderful people who are down to earth. They are so welcoming.

      Since it's a growth oriented company, it can be demanding for someone who is not a tune to such a pace.
