Supportive work culture, excellent learning opportunities, approachable leadership, flexible work environment, and exposure to diverse projects.

Cons

Workload can be intense at times, project deadlines may be tight, learning curve is steep initially, limited on-site opportunities, and occasional cross-team communication gaps.

Opportunity to grow, extremely decent and friendly work environment. Some of the coolest people I have ever had the privilege of calling colleagues!

Cons

Can't think of one readily, would just say its a young company still growing, which isn't a Con.... but I did have to write something so Glassdoor can move me on!
