fantastic training, tons of growth opportunity, high earning, but don't expect an easy road

Pros

-tons of talented sales and recruiting talent with different styles and best practices -detailed and effective training program, lots of informal coaching -can make six figures in 2-3 years if you really want it -poised for a huge growth spurt in near future -opportunity to grow into leadership and help build the team

Cons

-technical training for IT recruiters, nobody is from a technical background so you just have to really do your own research -commission based compensation (idk why there are men make more than women comments in when it's low base/ commission based compensation for everyone; if you sell the most you make the most), but can take up to a year before hitting commission

Pros

StaffSource invests a LOT of time/resources not only in employee's professional success, but also their growth mentally/personally. StaffSource is more than an employer. We look for high character/high performers for a reason.

Cons

With any business that's about to take off, there are growing pains. I'm thankful to be here though it. With the current leadership, it is impossible that we do not grow tremendously in the coming years.
