Fun work environment, embraces the chaos and have fun with it. Company also often have events that we can attend outside of work. Good work and life balances, you are not expected to work consistent OT. Most managers are understandable if you need to work an extra day from home because you need to take care of your family. A ton of very tenured individuals who aren't shy to share their knowledge with you. People care and I'd say majority of everybody are passionate with what they do. They try to make the best business decisions.
