      Pros

      Staples Rodway is a large company that gives regular training opportunities. As the owners work in the business, they show compassion, value work/life balance and provide opportunities. Not many companies give their staff the same opportunity to go from new graduate to business owner/director. There are lots of opportunities for women in the business, with good representation at senior management and director level providing female mentors.
