      Awesome opportunity!

      Pros

      I started working here a couple of months ago and I can't believe what a great opportunity this is. There's a lot of opportunity for growth in this company - you just have to be willing to put in the work for it. I just saw someone get promoted to campaign manager and it's definitely motivated me to push myself to make sure I'm next.

      Cons

      There's a lot of competition, but it's all friendly. Everyone's pushing each other do better.

      Management training program is awesome!

      Pros

      The management training program is great. I like the fact that your growth in the company is directly correlated to the amount of work you put in and not on seniority. It makes it exciting and motivating to come in to work, and you can see that same drive in the other employees as well.

      Cons

      It can be a little stressful sometimes, but I've found management and the other employees to be very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.

      Pros

      Great company! I really enjoyed the energy and atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming my first day. The opportunity that the management training program provided kept everyone highly motivated and focused.

      Cons

      The commute is a little far for me.
