Limited training opportunities, Small company with a lot of growth left to do. Business demands are RAPIDLY bursting and nearly splitting the seams of the companies ability to cope. OCD individuals in management push and demand of subordinates with little or NO support/training in areas that they have never been tasked with before. When asked for guidance senior staff said "Figure it out!" gave no details.
