Great potential for new beginners as they may learn new things.
Great competitive environment, you grow as you perform.
Rational approach - if you have a reason for what and why you want to do, then even the CEO (Larby Amirouche) will listen.
Cons
Most of the jobs are on remote. People who haven't worked remotely in the past may find it a challenge to work there. But, then, seeing the present COVID19 pandemic situation, everyone should learn about remote working.
Pros
The moment begins working at Starlight Group, they immediately know something is different here. There is a positive energy within Slack and all the employees walking about them. This was the feeling I had six months ago when I joined Starlight Group, and still reflects my feelings today. These people practice what they preach...they are delivering platforms and tools to build a direct response powerhouse.
Cons
Particularly as of late, Starlight Group has been subject to some negative naysayers. While some of it may be deserved, a lot of it feels sensationalist as a result of payment processing issues the business halted and is being revived by mgmt.
