Pros

They provide continued education for their employees to gain valuable skills and knowledge in various departments. They promote creativity within the company to integrate individual ideas into day to day processes. Super easy process to use PTO or sick days. Established processes that change and grow as the company grows. You can literally start at the bottom of the company and rise up year over year. If you get tired of what you are doing, there's always another path to learn and grow in. It really is a great company to call home for my career.

Cons

There are going to be cons everywhere - sometimes it can get hectic busy and other times you can work in peace. As long as you can manage your workload efficiently, you'll succeed at Starnik.

Pros

- Schedule is M-F 8:30-5:30. I've never had to work overtime or on weekends - Adequate PTO starting and can accrue more with tenure - Lots of collaboration with coworkers - Casual dress code - Putting in effort to succeed does not go unnoticed - Well-compensated

Cons

- The software has a wide array of features/uses which can make it overwhelming to learn. Understanding it will take time and practice. - Only 6 holidays
