Everyone's opionion is considered, ownership is dedicated to personal success, if you work hard you can excel and grow in your position.

Cons

Competitors (less educated on product knowledge) will try to tarnish the Starpower name, so you have to know how to navigate those conversations with your clients. This is a competitive field, so if you're not willing to work for earning and keeping your clients, you're not going to be as successful as you want to me.
