Pros

I am a newbie on the field of IT, I have no relevant experience. It was a real struggle to find a position, where I can start a new career. Starschema was interested in my application and was willing to offer a position to me. I work hard to justify their decision.

Cons

So far I have not found any.

Still a cool place but getting worse

Pros

The Starschema company culture is pretty relaxed and you will be surrounded by smart and friendly people. They also have some cool clients both from the EU and the US.

Cons

Since HCL Tech's acquisition things are getting worse, the company is slowly losing its identity, transparency and flexibility.
