The best aspects of working with starting arts was witnessing young people find their voice, image development, and professionalism through the art of Theater.
Cons
The only con was lack of time with so many children to bring out their voices and fully give them time to explore their hidden gems. We went in 4-5 schools a week for 2 hours and the time allotted per student was minimal.
