Pros

The culture is great. Fast paced, you're valued and it's incredible how many cool people in the startup ecosystem you get to meet.

Cons

no cons, it's just a small company with the cons that come with working at a small company

Pros

The team and the people you work with are incredibly successful, smart and supportive of your own development within and outside of the company. The culture is also something like no other that I've experienced. You're pushed to work hard but also pushed to

Cons

I think there could be a little more structure to the team and more structured growth opportunities for junior employees. This is something that is always lacking with small growing teams and it was starting to be implemented as I was leaving.

Pros

I've been working at SBC for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The company's culture is fantastic - everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success. Their WFH is great and it gives you a lot of responsibility to manage your own time. The company also has a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which has been incredibly important to me. I feel like my job is challenging and rewarding, but I also have the flexibility to take care of my personal life and responsibilities outside of work.

Cons

From day one, I felt like I was thrown into the deep end without any support or guidance. Which can be a positive or negative. There was no formal training or onboarding process, and it was difficult to get any direction or feedback from my manager.
