Pros

The people are great - open to collaboration, inclusive, believe in the importance of helping others and respecting different points of view. The company looks after its employees - flexible work arrangements, support for trying new things/moving into different teams and no culture of finger-pointing if new ideas prove unviable.

Cons

Straddles the line between corporate and public service, which is great if you have a background in both, but can be challenging to navigate if you've spent a lot of time in one or the other.
