Brand new modern and beautiful office with all the amenities you expect from a tech company of this stature and size. Very relaxed; Do your job and no one will question you. Plenty of opportunities to influence the practice through thought leadership or other contributions. A very defined path and expectations to get to Senior Consultant or higher titles. Excellent leadership from people who care about their team. Good leaders now in Review capacity who care about their junior resources and want to see them grow. Fantastic compensation package and benefits. Engaging and exciting projects with some big names, if you're into that.

Cons

Lacking some more advanced tools, like using Skype for meetings instead of a GoToMeeting or Webex client.
