      Pros

      The culture is very trusting which leaves a lot of room to learn and grow. So many very smart people to learn from. Lots of great people too. Sometimes things get a bit hectic but it's kinda fun.

      Cons

      It is a startup so pay is under market. Equity and hope almost levels it out.

      Pros

      Top-notch work-life balance company. The company hires chess players, not chess pieces. Even the lowest associates on the 'totem pole' have a voice and are encouraged to use it.
