I love our team and culture. Management takes feedback very well. Great work/life balance. This is NOW an awesome company to work for. This has definitely not always been the case. My review would have been much different with the old CEO and management structure.

Cons

Communication has improved, but still needs work.

Big turnaround. In April the company basically ran out of cash and was rebuilt. We shrank, corrected the approach, and its now a great place to work. - CEO is fun and understands how to grow the business - Business is growing and clients are happy - Team works well together, no backstabbing or fighting. People act like adults - Long-term health is great

Cons

Growing pains of a startup. We have to figure out how to keep growing without sacrificing our client approach, culture, or mission.
