Pros
No weekends, & Standard paid holidays. Average benefits, no 401K.
Cons
Inconsistent in lots of area (performance reviews for example), and lacked proper communication in many areas. Majority of staff are older, and hence are old fashioned, resistant to change, especially in regards to modern technology needed for the company to grow, & attract younger employees. Did not want to provide a better work/life balance.
