Great Leadership willing to help you learn. Great place to cut your teeth.
Cons
Poor time-off policy of 2 weeks. No work-from-home options even though the entire job can be completed with 4 days per week at home. They will bounce you around to different departments if you underperform and give you a chance to survive in something different. No company culture. Not a single person of color or woman is on the PM team.
