Very good for students, good part time gig because they will work with you on your availability and abilities (I worked several positions here, it just let me choose one) gives good teamwork experience and chances to try out other positions.
Cons
Sometimes the scheduling can have problems. This isn’t a con, but realize that you are working in a fast paced environment sometimes since it is a restaurant.
