Pros
Great ownership who continues to investment back into the business to make it better. In turn securing the company future and our employment. They also value hardworking reliable employees and compensate them well campared to industry averages. Benefits are available and better than what I had at a top 500 company.
Cons
Long hours but that comes with the territory in retail.

It's a dealership like any other, the usual good and bad. There are some great people to work with.
Cons
Management creates a toxic environment to work in and upper management makes excuses for them. There's not a lot of care or thought that goes into the working environment.
