      Pros

      Love the firm supervisor she was fair and reasonable not only with attorneys but all employees. Small and family like firm. Respectful group of attorneys.

      Cons

      One attorney got away with mismanagement of employees. Had no human relations skills.

      Pros

      They are extremely progressive and original in allowing people to work in ways that suit them. Everyone in the firm is great, not a dud in the bunch, and it is so important to like the people you work with!

      Cons

      None of note; since I work in a satellite office, I don't always know the outcomes of all the cases I work on and I'm often late to find out about things that are going on operationally, but it's really no problem.
