The agency was small enough to foster a really great partnership among all departments (writers, project managers, production artists, copy editors, senior management). I would say that at least 90% of the staff would rate this as a great place to work.
Cons
Some of our clients were scattered all over the country (and even the world), so communication over many time zones was a little tricky. Occasionally, the project managers, writers, and production artists had to come in early and stay up late, but that's just the nature of the work if your clients are in far-flung locales.
An agency that’s on the upswing and climbing rapidly! An exciting time to be part of such a stellar group. They have a super awesome cultural development team that really tries to bring more life into the place.
Cons
Sometimes felt understaffed and so the burden of the work was put on others’ shoulders (but this happens everywhere from time to time).
