Pros

StoneArch Logistics is a great company with exceptional leadership. A major benefit is the company size, it feels there is always room for growth while having your thoughts and concerns heard.

Cons

The Logistics industry is a demanding field, Stonearch does its best to make sure employees feel involved and are having fun with team outings and opportunities to know coworkers outside the office.

They value their employees and make sure to show it! Plenty of opportunities for team building, outings, in office games, competitive wages, and systems to gain employee input and implement change.

Cons

Not very diverse but getting better.

If you are looking for a career, and a place to grow you will not find a better place. StoneArch has built a great team and is constantly looking to improve all facets of its business. The culture is high paced and fun - never a dull moment.

Cons

The freight brokerage industry can be stressful. If you are not looking for a high paced, energetic work environment - this is not for you.
