      Pros

      My experience at Straviso was professionally rewarding, especially in terms of technical growth and exposure to challenging projects in a remote setup. The team and leadership were supportive, and collaboration was encouraged.

      Cons

      However, during critical project phases, working hours could be extended and work-life balance was sometimes impacted. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that strengthened my skills and work ethic.
