- The company is very small nowadays, which isn't the biggest con
in the world, but due to the aforementioned capability of most
employees - you aren't needed unless you yourself are
exceptional; which you are not going to be because you don't
have 10-15 years of experience in providing strategic
recommendations to industrial firms,
- Though if you made it in to the organisation- rest assured that
you are at least capable enough to become exceptional.
- Unless you lied on your CV, then they will suss you out within a
day or two at most, and expect to become a persona non grata.
- No WFH, if you live outside London I HIGHLY recommend
moving into London ASAP, otherwise the commute will be the
worst part of the experience.
- Salary is not magical and not much in the way of benefits.
- If you are a sensitive character who cannot handle criticisms and cannot process simple instructions, don't come here. But then again, why are you getting into consulting if you expect to be coddled?
