This role isn’t for everyone, but if you’re willing to put in the effort, it’s beyond work the payout. The atmosphere, the team, the culture, longevity, growth. All in all, a workplace im happy to grow with.

Cons

Commission made me hesitant originally, but I changed my mentality and saw it as a motivator
