Lots of friendly people. Everyone is included in the goings on of the company. Managers tend to listen when you find ways to improve the process and you are rewarded for it. If you have a problem, the CEO will listen to you as well as anyone in the company.

Benefits are pretty mediocre. But they do have dental, vision, and education assistance.
Great atmosphere and very flexible. Hires from within and if you work hard it's easy to move up from the bottom. CEO is great and has open door policy.
