      Pros

      The CEO took into consideration of my health and had a great PPO plan added for employees to get away from the generic HMO. This allowed me to get a life saving surgery.

      Cons

      Unfair shift of balance of work is common in the department I was in.

      The management team truly cares about the employees. They are genuine in their actions and provide the opportunity for learning and development.

      Cons

      I've not experienced any issues that were not resolved. The leadership team is always available to address concerns as they arise.
