Pros

After working many jobs before and after Strum, I can confidently say this is one of the best places I've worked. They care about work-life balance, and really care about bringing team together. The management cares about the employees well-being as well as professional growth and really invested in my professional development as an employee by providing public speaking training, ensuring I was mentored as I continued to build my career. They enjoy team-building activities which provide some fun outlets. As a whole, it's such a creative environment that really encourages employee growth, and is flexible with the areas you want to work in while pushing you and encouraging you to expand outside what you thought possible. While the industry they work in has it's cons, I found that balanced out over "cooler" industries with a much more long-term and sustainable career option, along with opportunity for professional growth Very competitive salary & benefits I loved it so much I recommended jobs there over the years to friends

Cons

The industry they work in (financial sector - i.e. credit unions, etc.) isn't exactly the "sexiest", and as a young person, that was a little tougher with friends in "cooler" industries (but this really balanced itself out and eventually become a pro in my mind) While this has changed since, when I worked there, remote work wasn't possible (I left to live abroad and then in a different state)
