      Pros

      Very team oriented where we share ideas & people actually listens. In turn, it creates a win-win for all of the staff as the Company continues to grow with room for advancement. The CEO's experience in Digital Marketing is priceless. The environment is fun & is an exciting place to work with new projects in the pipeline.

      I have not experienced any yet & don't envision any.

      A fast-paced work environment that allows you to learn new skills every day. A fun and casual atmosphere with a driven leader that inspires creativity and intellectual growth.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a more structured, corporate atmosphere where you only wear one hat all day every day, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for if you're interested in marketing and everything that goes into it! Such a fun environment which makes it really easy to take on the work and get stuff done. The team dynamic is great, we all get along and we can easily say what's on our mind or what needs to be done differently. Really laid back and casual atmosphere which makes coming to work great!

      Cons

      There's a lot of work to do so you need motivation and a good work ethic every day!
