      However, living in LA is hard, especially the cost of rent and the affordability. The Salary is a good starting point don't know the future prospects yet in terms of financial package.

      Pros

      I have waited a long time to work at a place like Studio-MLA. The company's values and care for the community are second to none. This is a great place to grow because you are given a lot of responsibility and trust. I really enjoy working with my peers and also the principals. Mia Lehrer is amazing.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to deal with the workload, schedules, and disorganization. But that's expected at every landscape office.
