My time at Studio was really valuable and essential to the development my skills. I found it too be an enjoyable yet challenging environment. I appreciated the feeling of being part of a team, and the talented developers and creatives that I worked with. It is definitely a place where you are expected to be a self starter and not a place where you are micromanaged. The leadership is hands off, yet available. They had open doors and listened when something needed to be changed. They always pushed to present the latest, most cutting edge digital solutions in front of the clients.

I've recently moved from a traditional agency to a full digital agency and it's been exciting to see the cross training amongst departments. I've learned a a great deal about digital and it's been refreshing to have a collaborative environment. The team here at StudioPMG has been welcoming and so far a really good experience.
