      Great place to grow, nice remote culture

      Pros

      -Flexibility wrt remote work -Great colleagues -Remote culture but also a lot of effort went into team building activities such as offsites, events etc. -Lovely office in Munich -Had the opportunity to take ownership (autonomy) and drive impactful initiatives

      Cons

      -It took some time to find the right organisational structure and team topology which is not uncommon in startups-scaleups

      Pros

      The people in Product and Engineering are highly skilled, competent, motivated and really fun to work with. I love the product and our mission to help everybody reach their educational goals. Having the option of being remote or work onsite in Munich is also a plus. New VPs were hired last year and brought a lot of seniority and experience to the leadership team which is reaping benefits for the company now.

      Cons

      We went through layoffs last year (as many other IT companies) so it was a shaky year but we survived and learned from last year's challenges.
