Summit 360 is a company that puts a lot of effort into trying to understand the concerns of its employees and provide concrete, productive solutions. The leadership team is constantly geared towards supporting the productivity and contentedness of the employees, and it shows in the events sponsored, donuts eaten, and conversations had about concerns. Sales is tough, but the onboarding process and support from peers and leaders makes it possible to succeed with Summit 360. At the end of the day, sales is what you put into it, and the leaders of this organization want to help prepare us as best as possible. Bring a positive can-do attitude and you should have all the tools you need to succeed, as well as opportunities for growth as the company grows too!

Summit 360 has been a fantastic company to work for, especially right out of school. There is so much growth happening across the board. They have added a Sales Operations team that is working to make sales processes more efficient for all involved as well as events and activities to promote company culture. Management has been open to new ideas and excited to work with their employees to ensure that the company is healthy and vibrant. They work with employees one on one and make you feel like your opinion is heard. Although I joined Summit 360 not too long ago, I have been given so many great opportunities that are helping me to develop professionally. This is a great company to work for, especially if you are looking for a way to grow in your career and find a supportive group of coworkers and managers!
