Cons
Most of the company works remotely, which is helpful for many folks but makes the company culture more business-like.
Good people who really care about the company and listen to suggestions. Good pay increases (I think, I haven't compared it to other tutoring gigs). Training is solid. I felt comfortable on my first actual tutoring sessions.
Cons
Work is not always steady. There can be slow periods. They used to have social activities but not anymore. It would be good to have them again to meet other tutors. Some work outside of the sessions (writing recaps, assigning homework) but after doing it for a while it's pretty quick.
