      An unmatched company culture

      Pros

      Work from home, challenging and rewarding job, great culture, unlimited PTO, leadership supports employee growth, direct line to C-suite, Company sponsored holiday vacation at an international! destination.

      Cons

      being a successful company means rapid growth which is sometimes accompanied by constant change in methodologies. Not really a con, but worth noting.

      Pros

      Leadership puts a strong emphasis on company culture and listens to feedback from employees. Working from home is amazing. The company plans a couple of trips a year to get employees together. Salary is very competitive.

      Cons

      Sometimes, when working remotely, communication can be lost between departments but I would expect that from any remote workforce.
