A pretty great company to work for all things considered

Pros

Union contracts, flexible hours, great pay, courteous yet fair management. They actually seem to care about their employees and try to be flexible. There are calls for extra hours frequently.

Cons

Getting a full time shift may be difficult at the best sites as parking is an issue at some sites. Get on top of scheduling conflicts before they arise please.

Senior Leadership has been working together cohesively for many years. They really care about each other and the employees.
