Summit Valve and Controls exhibits a working environment that is team-oriented and truly values work-life balance. They are willing to work with you as an individual to see that your needs are met and that you are set up to best use your individual skill sets. There are opportunities for growth and good benefits.
Cons
No major downsides. While distribution and sales are not for everyone, there are various roles in the organization that are suited to different people's strengths.
