My time at SunGod has been an exciting and rewarding journey. From day one, I’ve been amazed by how talented, hard-working, and welcoming the team is. This is a place where everyone genuinely supports each other, and that sense of teamwork drives everything we do. The role itself is fast-paced, which I love because it keeps me constantly challenged and engaged. I’ve experienced firsthand how SunGod shows trust—you’re given responsibility as soon as you’ve earned it—and the opportunities to learn and grow are endless, with every idea and voice being heard. I’m especially proud that we, as a team, decided what our values are. My favorite value is ‘We win as one, we lose as one.’ But really, it’s more than just a value; we live and breathe that togetherness in all we do, and it’s what makes working here so special.

The team at SunGod is extremely positive and hard working. Being in the office makes for a very healthy work environment. Colleagues at SunGod are always there to offer a helping hand with your work when required, and all of your work successes are shouted out, meaning everyone in the business knows when you are performing and doing your job well. The company culture is by far the most healthy work culture I've experienced. By far the best job I've had.
