Good environment. Pay was good. Benefits were good. Busy all the time! PMs were supportive and enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Higher ups played favoritism! If you didn't complain every day or throw drama at the upper management then they didn't think you were doing you job. Only GMs could work independently without getting talked to.
