Pros

I worked the Sundance 2025 festival and had a great experience. The organization treats temporary workers really well, especially during the festival (putting many of us up in Park City in nice accommodations and providing a per diem) and it's a fun team to work with. There are also opportunities to come back for future festivals or transition into a full-time role.

Cons

Naturally, hours during the festival are long (but work-life balance in the months leading up to it are great).
