      Colleagues and management acknowledge the work you put in and are eager to help you grow and evolve. New ideas are always welcomed and encouraged. Compensation, benefits, 401K (RARE for a growing cannabis org), environment, Growth within the company.

      Cons

      I can't really think of anything other than the turnover. It has increased compared to the beginning of the year. However, we are a growing org and working around what fits us the best.
