Providing a positive and growth-oriented environment is a top priority, and it's always encouraging to hear when our team members feel supported and valued. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the areas for improvement, such as the absence of a 401(k) program and employee appreciation events or workshops. While a 401k isn't currently part of the benefits program, we take feedback like yours seriously and are always exploring ways to enhance our benefits package while keeping cost as low as possible for our team members. Our training program does include work-shops and virtual, live training opportunities. Additionally, we consistently run contests and campaigns with our team members, highlighting achievements and performance.
