      Pros

      At Sunset I feel I have a great level of autonomy in my department to make decisions. I get to work closely with all team members including the co-founders. My exposure to different types of property management is providing me growth.

      Cons

      Working very independently so it does require dedication and big work ethic.

      Pros

      Young fun atmosphere full of high achievers. They don't tolerate toxicity or drama, which I love! The owners are continuing to build a great team of winners and I'm fortunate to be a part of.
